Introduction:

I’m geared up to write this blog about investigating the essence of AMAL totkay, and a thrilling part about it is, “That’s too much exciting.”

As a Pakistani, we may have informed about “Zubaida Apa (Rahimahullah) kay totkay.”

Totkey simply implies tips and tricks about anything under concern. Amal insists that we have a mind of growth, and thus Amal totkay is all about how to build a growth mindset. Development attitude (growth mindset) is, in reality, about embracing the trait of becoming a lifetime learner. I’d like to quote something here,

Try to learn something about everything and everything about something. (Thomas H. Huxley)

Taking a deep dive into Amal Totkay:

As described above, Amal Totkay is all about thinking about development. Amal’s five keys to the creation of a growth mentality are:

  1. Self-Talk
  2. Get out of your comfort zone
  3. Create new habits
  4. Ask people help
  5. Fake it till you make it

Enable me to brief each tip a little bit. Self-talk is all about focusing on yourself, reflecting your thoughts. Empowering yourself will have an effect on you for progress. Going out of your comfort zone will push you to build a strong but strategic thought. Create new habits that will promote learning in your lifestyle and, as a result, help you build the right way of thinking. Ask people to support you means having a good bunch of supportive people around you who can inspire and motivate you throughout your life. Fake it before you do it means to pretend that you’re dreaming of change, and that you’re optimistic enough to make that happen. It’s going to make you grow the same thing in time.

I like all the tips that Amal has posted on developing a growth mindset, and I’m even incorporating some of them in my life. I’m really trying to be my best version; from now on, I like to put myself in a complicated situation. I don’t believe the success comes when you get out of your comfort zone. I’ve got people who encourage me if things don’t go my way.

My learnings:

I have found that empowering yourself will play a key role in cultivating a development outlook, and that you become much more positive about achieving your goals. In addition, having a kind group of people as your support is equally important to your nutrition. Success is all about getting out of your comfort zone and doing what you want to do. Finally, being a lifetime learner will support you beyond your dreams.

So, would you like to develop yourself? Would you want to be successful? Continue to obey the above-mentioned tips to build a mind of development rather than a set mind. Believe me, things are going to change drastically for you. Good luck to you!
